As soon as we receive a referral, we follow up directly with your client within 48 hours to introduce ourselves and schedule an initial strategy call. No waiting, no wondering — they hear from us promptly.
On the strategy call, we take time to understand the full picture: where their business is today, where they want it to go, what their current marketing strategy looks like, and where their marketing needs to be to help them reach their goals. This is a listening call first — not a pitch.
After the strategy call, we provide the client with clear, honest initial feedback on what we observed and what we recommend. There's no pressure to move forward — just a straightforward assessment of where they are and what's possible.
If the client decides to move forward, we enter into a service agreement tailored to their situation. Clients choose between our Done-With-You model — where we work collaboratively alongside them — or our Done-For-You model, where we handle execution fully. The choice is theirs.
We don't drop a full system on day one. We work with each client through a phased approach — building their digital foundation and marketing infrastructure in a logical, manageable sequence. Progress is steady and sustainable, not overwhelming.
We view every client relationship as a long-term commitment — not a short engagement. Our goal is to work with each referred client for a minimum of one year, with ongoing strategy calls held monthly or bi-weekly to review performance, adjust direction, and keep momentum building.
